Breath Journey – Golden Ancestral Thread

A 90-minute online journey into the deep roots of your being.

What I love about this journey —and what many of you have shared with me as well—is that it opens a space to feel the magic of the world. To connect to and believe, even just for a moment, that we are more than this physical husk.
That there is deep wisdom in things.
That knowledge and connection can move through us in ways that go beyond words.

Many of us sense there’s something missing—
not just personally, but collectively.
A kind of remembering that hasn’t happened yet.
A thread we’ve dropped, but not lost.

This session is a space to follow that thread.
To slow down.
To breathe.
And to reconnect with something ancient and alive within you.
———-

We begin the session by using our breath to drop into a deep parasympathetic state, where that breath becomes a bridge between worlds.

From there we will begin a guided journey into the distant ancestral wisdom that is carried in our genes and in the particles floating through us when we breath.
——
There is knowledge carried in your cells.
Wisdom not passed through words,
but through rhythm, sensation, and silence and through epigenetic transmition.

This session is an invitation to remember.
To reconnect with the quiet intelligence of your lineage—
mystics, healers, artists, wild ones—
those who lived close to the earth,
who moved with the moon,
who lived in deep relationship with life.

And beyond that…
a remembering of something older still—
a time when knowledge was embodied,
when breath, sound, and ritual held the codes of how to live well.
A time when priestesses tended the sacred,
and wisdom was passed through presence and direct experience.

We breathe to receive what still lives in us:
clarity, rhythm, focus, connection—
and the deep knowing of what truly matters.

How to live in balance.
What to leave behind, let go of.
What to give yourself to.

Through breath, we awaken these threads.
Not by digging in the past or diving into pain,
but by opening to the beauty and strength that was never lost—only waiting.

Some patterns may soften.
Some memories may stir.
And something new may begin to move through you.

No experience needed.
Just your breath, your presence, and a willingness to listen.

For the best experience, use good headphones or high-quality speakers.
