I look forward to Dominic's breathwork session every Tuesday. Afterwards, I always feel relaxed and really at peace with myself. Dominic is very nice and creates a safe space where you can completely switch off and noticeably calm your nervous system. I’ve attended Dominics Tuesday sessions regularly and also the Breathwork retreat in Spain and from my experience I can say that his work is very profound and powerful. I really appreciate the way Dominic holds space as there is a rare balance between freedom and structure. He guides with a calm, grounded presence and the combination of his intuitive sensitivity and practical clarity creates an environment where deep releases can happen. Every time his sessions either recharge me with energy or bring me into a state of calm clarity.
