Happy new Year beautiful people! I am extremely grateful for you all and for the opportunity you give me to share what I care about.
This Saturday 10.01 at 19:00 I’ll be offering an online Breath-Session to usher in the new year. The session will be about 45 minutes, 4 rounds, the theme is arriving in the body, letting go of the old year, experiencing a state of openness and potential and finally charging up with energy. I will be focusing on those that want to Breathe a bit deeper this session. Anyone can join just know that you will need to regulate how soft your are with yourself. As always I am looking forward to seeing you there! 💚💚💚
