The unified field part 1
The main reason for going to Koh Phangan was to participate in an 8-day intense training called The Unified Field.
The training was for Facilitators and leaders that want to up their game and lead from the heart.
If I was to put everything I learned and experienced during these 8 days (that felt like a lifetime) into one word, the only word that comes to mind is Love.
Kobi led us to a place within ourselves and the group - as a whole, of deep love, connection, shared truth and acceptance.
He taught us how to deeply understand and regulate our own nervous system thus understanding better the unified nervous system of the group one is leading.
I’m excited to share more about what I learned in following posts.

Wow, what a wild ride!
I have just returned from 4 intense weeks on Koh Phangan (I think it might become my second home!). I haven’t felt so at home and so integrated anywhere this fast.

Happy new Year beautiful people! I am extremely grateful for you all and for the opportunity you give me to share what I care about.
This Saturday 10.01 at 19:00 I’ll be offering an online Breath-Session to usher in the new year. The session will be about 45 minutes, 4 rounds, the theme is arriving in the body, letting go of the old year, experiencing a state of openness and potential and finally charging up with energy. I will be focusing on those that want to Breathe a bit deeper this session. Anyone can join just know that you will need to regulate how soft your are with yourself. As always I am looking forward to seeing you there! 💚💚💚
