This five-week training is about building that capacity by combing theory and practice.

You will progressively strengthen your ability to stay grounded, and centered.

You will experience how the breath, your thoughts, and emotion move together, constantly shaping and influencing each other and your level of happiness, peace and energy.

Each week you will gradually slow your breathing rate in a structured way. The aim is to make slower breathing natural, efficient, and sustainable.

This helps creates a Baseline state of calmnes

Carbon Dioxide Tolerance Training

Learn a breath-hold measurement that reflects how calmly your body handles rising carbon dioxide levels — an important marker of nervous system stability.

This helps you use Oxygen and raises your available energy

State awareness

The 7 State Shift Framework

A practical model for recognizing reactive states and constructive states — and understanding how physiology influences both.

This helps mental awareness of your current state

Somatic wisdom

Self-Observation

Learning to notice what you are feeling, where you feel it in your body, and how your breathing interacts with it — without turning it into a story.

Weekly Structure

Each weekly Module is ca. 90 minutes and follows a consistent rhythm:

  1. Arrival & quick check-in
  2. Review of daily breath training and measurements
  3. Habittracking – Celebration and Gratitude training
  4. Guided Co2 training, Guided Slow breathing development
  5. Theory: Mental frameworks and life application
  6. Guided integration breathwork
  7. Reflection

What will I learn in each individual Module

Week 1 — Awareness & Baseline

You establish your starting point.

The course begins by observing how your breathing and nervous system currently operate.

You will:

  • Learn the fundamentals of slow, efficient nasal breathing — the foundation for calmer energy and clearer thinking
  • Measure your natural breathing rate and begin to understand what it reveals about your current state
  • Learn how to take your carbon dioxide tolerance measurement accurately — an important marker of nervous system resilience
  • Understand what different measurement ranges typically indicate for energy, calm, and regulation
  • Complete a baseline state assessment to capture how you currently experience your days
  • Begin using the habit tracker that will support your daily practice throughout the course

You start by observing your current patterns with clarity and curiosity.
