After each Wednesday gathering, the recording appears here — so if you ever miss one, or simply want to return to a journey, it'll be waiting for you. Your first session is Wednesday 5 August; from there, this space fills week by week with the recordings and the longer breathwork journeys we share together.

You’ve begun on your own — beautiful. Upgrading brings you into the live room, with me and a small group, for the parts that only happen together:

    • Six live Zoom sessions with me — Wednesday evenings, 19:00 CET. Guidance in real time, your questions answered, and the quiet power of practising alongside others.
    • A small, private WhatsApp group for the six weeks — encouragement and connection between calls.
    • Replays of every session, yours to keep and revisit any time.
    • Everything you already have stays — your lifetime self-paced access, untouched. Nothing is lost, only added.
